Questions people ask before signing

Who owns the site?

You do. The content is yours, the domain stays registered to you, and you can take a copy of everything at any time. If you leave, we hand over the content in a usable format and help point the domain wherever you want it.

Is there a contract?

A monthly agreement with a 30 day notice period. Migration work is quoted separately when a site needs rebuilding rather than moving.

What happens if we need more than the plan covers?

We tell you before doing the work, with a figure. Nothing is added to an invoice that you have not agreed to first.

Can we move up or down a plan?

Any month. The obligations covered change from the following billing period.
